Registration for each online workshop begins approximately two weeks before the workshop begins. At that time, you can go to that workshop’s page and look for the green “Register” button. Clicking on that button will take you through the registration and checkout process.
Registered participants of online workshops who wish to cancel their registration must email their request to [email protected] before the workshop begins to receive a full refund. Please include the following information in your email:
- Participant’s name
- Participant’s email address
- Order number
If you complete an online workshop and do not learn anything you can use in your classroom, you will receive a full refund. Please email your instructor or [email protected] to explain your situation and begin the refund process.
Substitutions are allowed. To make a substitution, please email [email protected] with the following information in your email:
- Original attendee’s name
- Original attendee’s email address
- Substitute attendee’s name
- Substitute attendee’s email address
- Order number
To register using a purchase order, add a workshop to your cart and continue the checkout process. Then on the payment screen, choose the “Purchase Order” option and complete the registration. You should receive an email soon after with your registration information. Once you receive that information, forward it to [email protected] along with your purchase order number.

All workshop participants who participate in the workshop will receive a Certificate of Participation after the workshop is concludes.
Yes. Grassroots Workshops has partnered with Brandman University, part of the Chapman University System, to provide Graduate Level Professional Development Credits for all workshops.
To earn the credits, you must select the workshop you are taking and complete the Brandman University registration process. You can choose between 2 to 4 credits. Please check with your school or district to determine whether these credits are accepted. Note that these credits require additional fees ($80 per credit) and follow-up assignments.
